What's new

Every real change to this site, dated. No announcements for things that have not shipped. Subscribe with RSS or follow the build by email.

  1. Site

RSS feed and installable web app

Blog posts, research updates and this changelog are available at /feed.xml. The site can be installed to a phone home screen as a web app.

  2. Content

Every CADASIL source is now a link

The Sources line on each CADASIL page links to the NIH, NINDS, AHA, journal or ClinicalTrials.gov record it cites, and each page carries a machine-readable review date.

  3. Research

CADASIL Research Watch and Evidence Ledger published

The research page now carries dated, graded entries with primary sources (2024–2026), and every CADASIL claim on the site is listed in a public Evidence Ledger with its source and last-checked date.

  4. Site

    Mission stated in one sentence

Plain-language help for families facing CADASIL and other hard diagnoses: what to do, who to call, and how to pay for it. The mission page, the AI summary page and llms.txt now say the same thing.

  5. Tool

Today: one calm screen for a hard day

For a person living with CADASIL or another hard diagnosis: the date, one small thing to do, a way to breathe, and a note from someone who loves them (sent as a link, stored nowhere). Big text by default.

  6. Site

    Homepage redesigned as three doors

Just diagnosed · Caring for someone · Need help now. Stroke warning signs on every CADASIL page.

  7. Policy

    Trust, safety and compliance pages

988 crisis line on every page, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, cookies, accessibility and medical-disclaimer pages, for-profit businesses separated from the Foundation's pages.

  8. Content

Blog: the first 30 days after a CADASIL diagnosis

A week-by-week checklist for the first month after diagnosis.

  9. Content

    Blog: CADASIL, explained for families

Plain-language guide to NOTCH3, symptoms, genetic testing and inheritance.

  10. Policy

Honest legal status and policy pages

The site now states plainly that the Foundation is pursuing 501(c)(3) status and that donations are not yet accepted or tax-deductible. Privacy, terms, editorial policy and medical review board pages published.

  11. Content

    CADASIL hub reviewed

Nine CADASIL pages transcribed from the July 2026 research report, each with sources, an evidence grade and a review date.
