Where we are right now

We don't have a formal clinical review board yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Today, our medical content is sourced and fact-checked against peer-reviewed literature and established clinical references (see our Editorial Policy) — but it has not been reviewed line-by-line by a credentialed clinician.

What "reviewed" will mean here

Once we have a reviewer, review will mean a credentialed clinician reads a page for medical accuracy and flags anything unsupported, outdated, or overstated before it's marked reviewed. It won't mean the reviewer is your doctor, is responsible for your care, or is signing off on how the information applies to your specific situation — that still requires talking to your own care team. We are recruiting our first clinical reviewer

If you're a neurologist, stroke nurse practitioner, genetic counselor, or another clinician with relevant experience — especially with CADASIL or small-vessel cerebrovascular disease — and volunteering your review on a resource like this interests you, we'd like to hear from you.
