Programs That Support Our Community

Designed for youth, elders, families, and anyone navigating illness, stress, or uncertainty.

Youth

The Youth Program exists for the kids and young adults who are trying to grow up in the middle of everything — social media, family stress, school pressure, and a world that doesn't always feel stable. A lot of them don't have the language for what they're feeling, and even fewer have a safe place to put it. We build simple, stigma-free tools that help young people name what's going on inside, regulate their nervous system, and know who they can reach out to when things get heavy. From emotional 'first aid' guides to grounding practices and conversation prompts they can actually relate to, the goal is to make support feel normal, not clinical.

Helping kids and young adults put words to big feelings in a loud world.

Helping young people name big feelings without shame.

Elders

The Elders Program is for the people who have already carried so much — families, communities, entire lifetimes — and still deserve to feel seen, supported, and not left behind. Aging can bring isolation, health scares, and a quiet sense that the world is moving on without you. We create tools and touchpoints that make it easier for elders and their families to navigate tough conversations, ask for help, and stay connected. That includes check-in frameworks, gentle conversation guides, and practices that support emotional and nervous system regulation in later life. Underneath it all is a simple belief: our elders should not have to carry everything alone in silence.

Honoring elders with dignity, connection, and gentle support as they age.

CADASIL & Chronic Illness

The CADASIL & Chronic Illness Program exists for families who find themselves in the middle of tests, scans, and late-night searches for answers. We're not here to play doctor — we're here to help you feel less alone while you move through a medical system that can be confusing, slow, and overwhelming. We focus on the emotional and practical side of the journey: question lists for appointments, visit prep guides, symptom tracking that actually makes sense, family meeting guides, and tools for talking about hard things without collapsing into panic or shutting down. Whether it's CADASIL or another chronic or rare condition, our goal is to give people language, structure, and emotional ground to stand on while they navigate the unknown.

Walking with families through the fog of rare disease, fear, and uncertainty.

Standing with families who are navigating the unknowns of rare disease.

Wellness Tools

The Wellness Tools Program is the part of the Foundation you can use on an ordinary Tuesday — when you're not in crisis, but you're not okay either. It's for the nights you can't sleep, the mornings you wake up heavy, and the days when anxiety, anger, or overwhelm are just humming in the background. We curate and create simple, evidence-informed practices for nervous system regulation, breathwork, 'bad day' resets, gentle movement, and reflection. No perfection, no productivity hacks, no pressure — just practical support that fits into real lives. The goal is to make it as easy as possible for someone to say, "I'm not doing great," and have three concrete things they can try in the next ten minutes.

Everyday mental health tools people can reach for at 2 PM or 2 AM.

Tools that help people stay steady through everyday life.
